At RC Gifts, we work hard to get your favourite squishies and trending toys to you quickly.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 2 hours of being placed.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected service disruptions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Same-Day Local Delivery

Same-day local delivery is available in:

• Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
• Regina, Saskatchewan
• Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan

Place your order before 3:00 PM local time for same-day delivery in eligible local delivery areas. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Availability may depend on the delivery address, order volume, weather, and local delivery capacity.

Shipping Across Canada

For locations outside Saskatoon, Regina, and Moose Jaw, we offer courier shipping across Canada.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, weather, carrier capacity, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

• Canada Post
• FedEx
• UPS

The carrier is selected based on your delivery address, shipping speed, and service availability.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
