Returns & Refunds

Squishies and sensory toys are personal-use products. To protect product hygiene and safety for every customer, purchases are final sale except where an order is incorrect, arrives damaged, or a product issue requires review.

All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene, handling, and product-safety considerations, RC Gifts does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for squishy and sensory toys after delivery. This includes unopened products, change-of-mind purchases, duplicate gifts, colour preferences, and items that are no longer wanted.

Once an item has left our care, we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled, or used. This policy helps us keep every product we send out new and suitable for our customers.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please email hello@rcgifts.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please do not send an item back unless we have provided return instructions.

Product Care & Safety

Our squishies are designed for gentle sensory play. Please follow the age guidance and care instructions shown on the product page and packaging.

Products are not food and should never be eaten, including products with novelty or non-food inner fillings. Stop using a product if it is torn, leaking, or otherwise damaged. Adult supervision is recommended where indicated.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, promotional, clearance, mystery, blind-box, and limited-release items are final sale.
